It sounds unnatural, here's a correction!
"I hope that next Christmas, I can buy a tree and decorate it."
By fir, I assumed you meant fir tree! Sorry if I'm wrong.

It would be better to say "Next Christmas I hope to buy a Christmas tree and decorate it."
A "fir" is a type of tree often used for Christmas trees.
