We use each to refer to individual things in a group or a list of two or more things. It is often similar in meaning to every, but we use every to refer to a group or list of three or more things

*each= every single person in that group is included focusing on individuals
*every= the entirety of that group focusing on the whole

@Nickyvekua
you would typically use if you want to play it safe
(every person/ everyone ).
*every and each* have similar meanings, but if you want to be more specific and stress on the individuals of that group you use "each" if you want to focus on the group you use "every"
every= stresses the entire group (that consists of 3 or more).
each= stresses on the individuals in that group (that consists of 2 or more).
examples/
every one of us has bicycle (all or us)
each one of us has a bicycle (me and him/her + him/her ....etc.)
