Natural
It's definitely natural. Just remember that this is pretty improper. It should really only be used for family/friends. :) So you're fine inviting over a friend like this.

I've actually said this sentence before. "You tryna watch some movies Satuday?"
It's kinda just slang for "Do you want to watch some movies on Saturday?"

Unnatural
I believe the word you're looking for is "wanna" instead of "tryna," because tryna is short for "trying to" while wanna means "want to."

Thank you very much for explaining that to me. I have some friends and I want to be casual.

友達とだったら「wanna」ですね。 (タメ語)
「tryna」= 「しようとする」 (trying toの省略)
"I'm tryna do my homework, but my sister keeps buggin' me!"
"Hey, you wanna come over and watch a movie tomorrow?"
(Do you want to come over and watch a movie tomorrow?)

「You tryna watch some movies Satuday?」
