感悟 could be a noun or a verb, referring people's feelings and ideas towards certain experience.
e.g.: 分享我们的故事，观点和感悟( share our stories, viewpoint and inspiration)；感悟人生(understanding on life)
领悟：to comprehend, to realize
e.g.:她没有领悟到他话中的幽默（She failed to pick up on the humor in his remark.）
悟：understand, realize. Close to 领悟.
e.g.:我悟了。(I understand/I get it)

their meaning is almost same，normally we say i have some 感悟 about this event or I 领悟 something about this event

领悟：Used when you learned something to the extent that you truly understand it.
感悟：Used when you learned something to the extent that you truly understand it AND you have some strong feeling about the thing you just learned ( after listening a touching story etc.)
悟： Normally this is not used alone, only in 文言文, poem (very old things) etc. I have never use it once in my life. (But it also carries the meaning kinda same like 领悟)

感悟更偏重于个人对事物的感觉，感受，更加的感性。可能是对某件事有了新的看法，对某个现象有了更多的感受。这种感觉更偏重于情感方面。这种感觉是平面的，并没有上升到另一个层次。是基于自身的体验获得的更多的感受，每个人的感悟都是不同的。EX: 今天我看了一部爱情电影，有了新的感悟。觉得人生苦短，应该及时行乐。（Today I watched a love movie then I feel the life is so short and tough, seize the day is better.）
领悟更偏重于个人对事物的更深层次的理解，更加类似一种境界的升华或者新的知识的获得。可能是在学习语言时，对中文有了更深的理解，突然开窍了。也可能是失恋之后对感情的理解获得了进一步的看法。有歌词是“多么痛的领悟”，歌手辛晓琪。这种领悟可以是自己获得的，也可以是在别人的指导下获得的。这种领悟的获得是获得了本来就存在或者获得了一种已知的常识或者认知。EX: 和他分手后，我领悟到生活不只有爱情，还有很多其他的东西。（After breaking up with him, I feel life is not only having love but also having many other things）
领悟和感悟的区别类似于发明和发现
发明/感悟 都是获得了本来没有的东西
领悟/发现 都是获得了本来就存在的东西
