They mean the same but the second is a little more demanding.
If you say this you would put extra emphasis on GONNA.
In formal writing you would not use this word. It is too colloquial. It's also too wordy. Formal writing needs to be more concise.

So gonna and have to are very similar except "have to" is more demanding in saying you can't avoid whatever they said you have to do.
And gonna is very similar except it's not demanding it's just future tense as in: "I'm gonna do the dishes".
