Suppose there is a student in the class that doesn't pay attention to the teacher's lesson , and he is looking outside the class while the teacher is teaching. The teacher notices and want to ask him to back (?)to the class.

A bit more assertive and commanding would be "don't space out" or "stay focused on class"

I agree that "please pay attention"or "please focus" are common phrases for this situation. When I teach, though, I usually just say the student's name. Students are smart - they know why. ;)
