I have a job means you already have an existing job that you have for a long time.
I got a job means you just got it. And you're just working on it recently.

You can also use I got a job as I have a job but depends on the sentence. For example:
"I got a job to handle so I won't stay up late." you can also say it as: "I have a job to handle."
