Question about Japanese
Use of などに. I've been reading some texts and I found these phrases: "交通事故などに遭った" and "スーパーなどに". I know など means "etc" or "things like..." (depending on the context), but does などに has the same meaning? What exactly could be translated fot eh above phrases? Thank you so much!

などに is broken down into など and に.
You already know what など means.
So "交通事故などに遭った" is just phrase that simply add "など" to "交通事故に遭った".
交通事故に遭った means I had a traffic accident.
交通事故などに遭った means I had a traffic accident or something.

Oh! I thought it was a different thing, haha
Thank you, so much. I'm happy that it wasn't a complicated grammar case, turns out it's just as the regular など. Thanks again :)
