@Maobo Jeremy Clarkson was copying the comedian Steve Coogan, who is the man behind Alan Partridge.
On the Alan Partridge show he always used to finish saying this.
In this phrase "bombshell" means something fantastic and unexpected. He is saying that his show concludes with a big surprise.
Of course, it usually isn't. 😬😂😭
