「こちらに配属になりました山田です」という文句ですが。名詞を修飾するに、普通体を使う必要があると思ってますが、なぜこちらはになったとの言い回しではなく、になりましたとの丁寧語が使える理由が教えていただけませんか。

普通体+名詞:伝統的、規範的な文法です。間違いありません。
丁寧体+名詞:最近、特に10年ぐらい前から増えて来ました。テレビのアナウンサー、接客店員な
ど、サービス関係の人がよく使います。
※ 使い過ぎると、冗漫、慇懃、女性的な感じがします。

これは、新しい配属先での挨拶だからです。
因为他对新的单位的职员打招呼,所以用丁寧語。如果他说こちらに配属になった的活,好像有对朋友说的感觉。
