Must is much more formal and rarely used except in writing
Have to is very common especially in speaking
Got to (or gotta) is also pretty common and very informal
In terms of meaning, they all mean pretty much the exact same thing

"Must" sounds a lot more stern.
The "default" expression that we use in conversation is "have to".
