This sounds unnatural to me for two reasons. The first is that “get” should be “feel” or “be”.
I hope you’ll *be* as right as rain (again) soon.
I hope you’ll feel as right as rain (again) soon.
The second reason is that I don’t hear this idiom used often. I think most people know what it means, but it just isn’t something people really say. I think the majority of native speakers would say “I hope you’ll feel better soon” or “I hope you get well soon” over your original sentence.

@bsloan7 Thank you! You know, non-native speakers like me learn idioms from the dictionary. I really don’t know if some idioms are common or not. 😭 So my first sentence “It’s too bad that you’re sick” is natural, right?
