I would like to use "no sugar" as a nickname for social media. But my friend told me that it should be "sugar-free" to describe something contain no sugar. Is "no sugar" incorrect?

Its not incorrect as it could be referring to the saying "no sugar, thankyou" but sugar-free is better, and more natural as it is mentioned that way in certain foods and beverages. 😄👍
