It’s good. The grammar is correct. You might consider changing a couple of things –
Words are usually my strong suit – as a rhetorical device, which is to say, a grammatical strategy which makes your argument stronger – usually sounds much stronger than often.
But I couldn’t find the right words to thank you all at this time
Or
But I couldn’t find appropriate words to thank you all of this time
“Decent“ has too shaded a meaning to be rhetorically strong – right and appropriate are good strong words which say exactly what you mean.

@isthmus_x Thank you. Can I use “proper” here?

Again, you have a slight rhetorical problem because proper can also mean – formal, polite.

@isthmus_x Oh no, I guess rhetoric is not my strong suit, but I’ll try to get the hang of it, especially with your help. 😂 Thank you!

Rhetoric is easy once you understand the simplicity of its main points –
Choose words which minimise the possibility of misunderstanding or double meaning.
The audience is you. Treat them with the kindness and the forcefulness that you know is good for your own development.
Don’t repeat anything which isn’t crucial to your argument. If it is crucial – repeat it over and over again, in different ways.
