It should be:
I'll appreciate *the* company...
or
I'd (I would) appreciate the company...
In this case, "company" doesn't mean 会社.
It's an invitation for the other person's companionship to do something with you.
この場合、 company は会社のことではなく、誰かと一緒に何かをする誘いです.
