"Whom" is the only correct option from the purist point of view, but the reality of modern English is that "who" is far more likely to be used. I doubt anyone would consider it incorrect these days. You can reserve "whom" for very formal writing. The meaning here is identical.
Just in case, I should also mention that the one time you can't replace "whom" with "who" is when a preposition precedes it.
