@Hiroaki-JP. it could mean like to deal with or to overcome, well i guess it could also mean to settle with. I don't know if this helped you but I hope it does.

@Hiroaki-JP It is another way to say “about” or “regarding”. You can use “over in other sentences too. For example, “She was upset over the fact that he did not show up” or “he gets angry over the smallest things”. In both of those sentences, they have the same meaning as “about”. I hear “over” used more when talking about negative things, but I think you could use it for positive things too.
