I would chose goes because the above sentence 'I go to the park' does not indicate that she went once and didn't go again. and when you change the pronoun from I to she go becomes goes

if you use go/goes, it's to indicate some sort of routine / smth done on the regular:
she said "i go to the park often."
she said "i go to the park every saturday."
she said she goes to the park often / every saturday.
going or ing is used for that one time / one instance
"I'm going shopping."
"I'm heading out to the park."
