Use will to talk about real possible things that you expect to happen in the future.
Use would to talk about imagined things in the future.
We will be at work tomorrow.
He would like to get a dog.
She will be ready for her test.
If I won the lottery I would give the money to charity
If you can use either will or would in a sentence it’s more polite to use would.
