Just because it's an alley doesn't mean it is a dead end. And alley can open onto a street or continue across a street to another alley.
My house is at the end of this alley would be good. My house is at the end of this dead-end street is also good. IF the alley is a dead-end you could say it's at the end of the alley. Or at the end of the dead-end alley if that is actually the case.
