@jimpjorps I want to say that the memory of the fish is good. So in that case grammatically speaking I have to say "Fish memory"? Is 's only meant for people?

I think you'd more often see "the memory of the fish" or "the fish's memory". "Fish's memory" without the definite article sounds like a name.
