All of that sounds natural to me. Both exercise bike and stationary bike sound very natural to me, I'd say "exercise bike" personally.

great sentences! I only have one suggestion
another way to say "fit enough" (which is FINE), is... 'are you in GOOD ENOUGH SHAPE to hike the trail'.
I say exercise bike, but other say stationary bike. EITHER one is good.

Your sentences are perfect!! As for the bike I hear people use both expressions. They also call some of them "spin bikes" because of the whole spinning craze. As for me I never understood the term. Spinning on a bike? Oh well....
