it makes sense to me but is not necessarily a common way to say it. you might say he wanted her to show more cleavage, for example

@rstyner Thanks for your answer. In Chinese we have a specific word to mean the northern half of a woman’s breast. So in English I should just use “cleavage”?

yes, I understand what Northern half means but it is not a common way to say that. it would be more common to say upper half of her breasts or the tops of her breasts.
which you use depends on context. if a woman is wearing a low-cut blouse, they are showing more cleavage.
