@studiousme not much, “You should wear a suit and a tie” is suggesting it. “You should be wearing a suit and a tie” is saying they have to wear one. both can be used casually.

@studiousme ah sorry. A casual way to say it would be “If you want to come in you have to wear a suit and tie.” or “To enter you have to wear a suit and tie.”
