Question about English (US)

If I have both nails (hands and feet) done, how should I say? Is the below sentence right?

I have my nails and a pedicure done.

Does “nails” mean only the nails on fingers?
If I say I have my nails done, do you think I am just taking about my finger nails?

Thank you!
