I’ve never seen anyone call solid oral medicine “drops”.
Eye drops and ear drops are small amounts of liquid medicine, but they are not eaten or chewed.

@jimpjorps then how about this one? i thought vitamin c chewable tablet.

- English (US)
I think it is only for hard candy. I think it's an older word.
We normally only say "cough drops." We don't talk about other drops very often.

The first one would be “fruit drops”, and I’d call the second “chewable vitamins”.

A "cough drop" is the common name for a "lozenge" which is a hard medicated candy you suck on to relieve a sore throat.

One of the most popular brands of cough drops, Halls, also makes a Vitamin C supplement, but I wouldn't recommend chewing it.
