“Film” does mean to record something with a camera. But we wouldn’t say “can you film me what happened”. That’s incorrect and unnatural. This is the proper way to say that:
Can you film what happens for me?
That said though, “record” is used more often than “film”.
Can you record what happens for me?
I can’t record my own girlfriend.

@Andr_Silva The word film isn’t as common in the US as it is in the UK, but it does just mean to use a camera/phone/video device to capture video. In England, film is used as both an object (a “movie”) and where an American would use the verb “to record” or “to shoot”. Here are ways you could use it, and then the way someone in the US might normally say it:
Can you film what’s happening and send it to me?
Can you record what’s happening and send it to me?
I can’t film my own girlfriend.
I can’t record my own girlfriend.

Nice , I got you!! Thanks , what about someone says: do you feel me ? I heard that in 2pac song . Is that mean : understand?
- English (US)
@Andr_Silva Yes, that’s exactly what it means! However, it’s very much slang. You wouldn’t normally use “do you feel me”, you would ask “do you understand me”.

"Can you FILL ME IN ON what happened?"
"I can't FILL YOU IN ON my new girlfriend."
fill someone in (on someone or something): to tell someone the details about someone or something.
e.g.,
"Please fill me in on what happened last night."
"Please fill in the committee on the details."
