I guess the rate of LGBT hasn't still changed until now and there were many such people
before too.
A long time ago, they just couldn't expose themselves being gay and things like that.
The reason why old people have prejudice against them is because old people just didn't know there are people like that, so it might take time to understand everyone is different.
多分昔も今もLGBTの人達の割合は昔とそれ程変わらないと思う。
昔はゲイとかの人達は、ただ自分の事を言えなかっただけだと思う。
おじさんおばさんがただそれを今まで知らなかっただけで、いろんな人がいる事を理解するのに時間がかかってるのかもしれない。
