hi my friend, when you get a moment Could you please help me sound more natural and polite?
For Neuromuscular. I learned that I need to be able to save strokes down the back straight on the 400m so I can accelerate out of the turn. And If I give up distance to my competition down the back straight then it is hard to get that distance back when I'm tired. I didn't master it as perfect as I should in the last competition last month. I feel I spread all of my energy at the beginning of each race and don't have left energy heading into the finish line
. I will try to control working on that.
I learned that at the 100, 200 and 400 meters race distances I'm given three command starts. The 800, 1500 and the 5000 meters races have only two command starts, I haven't experienced those commands in the national competition, they give two comands for each rac , but I will train myself on the three commands so I can get used to it in the international competitions.
Additionally, I learned how to control my chair on the track, but for the road training I can't control the chair on the corner on the road, I had to stop when I face a corner on the road and then change the direction of the chair. I will focus on that heading into 2023 season.
Now, I can move my hands quickly while applying max force to the ring better than before. I'm looking forward to moving my hand more quickly while mention a good maximum speed.
For the 100 m in the last competition. My start was a little bit slowly. I feel my start should be explosive more at the start line and this will improve my personal record not only in the 100 m but in all the events.
For my mental health, you tought me that not worrying about what other people think of me. And this made big difference in my life.
I also learned to push throug the pain and stress myself to find what my best time will be. you pointed out that All the great athletes learn to compartmentalize their pain and go to a place where they can focus on their best racing effort, and I'm trying to do the same. I look forward to applying what I learned towards my 2023 effort to hit IPC B Standards.
I found my happy" place in the sport of wheelchair racing. Thanks for being in my life helping me achieve the greatness in wheelchair racing. Thanks for teaching me for the best. Each lesson I received from you is treasured by me. what you're doing with me means the world to me. I look forward to working hard to get better
