“We are about to be late, you better hurry!” is how it would usually be said in most contexts, especially in formal settings,
saying “we are about to be late, you best hurry” can be used in a more casual setting

"You better hurry" sounds very natural, I think that would sound very natural to anyone you ask.
"You best hurry" sounds like something I would expect to hear in the southern US during the 1800's or early 1900's. I never hear anyone say that these days in the northeastern US. If they did, it would sound a little humorous or quirky.
