ive been to japan and more or less the culture is the same... and maybe more on the japanese whereby japanese are more polite and deciplined i suppose... if bahasa is not good english is the 2nd language here so basically it should be fine... they say money is needed but in japan its much more expensive... food is variety so u can try out several foods n stick to your preferred food once you have one... some locals does play futsal or badminton once a week so maybe you can try out to participate in a team sports activities... n i think u wont miss home because we have aeon here... n some japanese foods are established for quite some time here... oh n yeah theres no baseball here so if ur into baseball its a bit tough... hahaa
