For breakfast there is usually toast/croissants with jam or cereal and a tea and sometimes a full English breakfast. For lunches salads and pasta are usually small quick meals that I have but I rarely eat lunch. Dinner includes loads of things from baked Salmon and rice to baked potatoes peas and chicken Kievs. I often have lasagna or spaghetti bolognese when we have family meals.

For breakfast most people will have cereal.
For other meals, it could be anything. We don't really like "British food," we all admit that it's a bit crap, so we eat Italian, French, Chinese, Indian, German, Mexican, Portuguese and just about every other food there is.
The English Breakfast is the only good English dish in my opinion.
