Question about English (UK)

What is the difference between “Just to let you know” and “Just let you know” ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

When a native English speaker says “Just to let you know”, I can’t hear the sound of “to”.
Do you pronounce the “to”? or you just say “Just let you know” without to.

Although it’s just because the “to” might be very fast for me to catch, I just want to make sure what you as a native spear say
