Yes, these are all correct. 1 and 2 sound more natural and most people just use #2.

1 and 2 are natural. 3 is not natural. Most people say #2. A scavenger hunt is not something you “go to” as you go to a concert.

1 and 2 are perfect. 3 is okay but I’d rather say “I want to go on a scavenger hunt”. Since a scavenger hunt is an activity and not a specific place we use “on” instead of “to”. Other examples with “on” and an activity include “I want to go on a date” , “I want to go on a road trip”, etc.
