「でしょう」は「だろう」の丁寧形です。
「(確実で明白な根拠はないかもしれないけれども)当然正しいはずだと想定している」「疑う必要を感じない」ことを表します。
「でしょ」は「でしょう?」(疑問符付き)の簡略形です。
「でしょう」よりも気安い表現で、その分だけ押し付けがましさが伴います。「(自分としては疑いもしていないことについて)相手にも同意や納得を求める」ことを表します。
