Both are technically correct. And neither is super unnatural. They sound fine the way they are, but I think most people would actually put “personally” at the beginning or the end of the sentence.

The first sentence (with “personally” at the beginning) is definitely the most natural of all of these.

虽然都可以说,但是第一个看仿佛不对.
would = modal verb
personally = adverb
say = verb
modal + adverb + verb is most common.
