네가 is the right one in the dictionary.
니가 is the colloquial version of 네가.
this 네가 is never pronounced as it looks like. we write it as 네가 and read it as 니가 since 네가 and 내가 are practically pronounced the same, so we had to find a way to differentiate.

When postposition -를, -도, etc come,
use '너'
"너를 사랑해"
"너도 사랑해"
When postposition -가 comes,
'너' becomes '네'
"네가 최고야."
"니가" is a colloquial[slang] expression.
It is commonly pronounced when saying "네가". Not used when writing.
