The third choice is the most common and natural, but is more casual and could be seen as rude if there’s no context. The first(and also second) choice is also viable, but is more formal and more for when you are planning a taxi for the future and booking it in advance.

@AVFromMoscow There is a difference between order and book, although they’re very similar in meaning. For example, “You can order a product online.” (Here, “order” is the natural and common way, and “book” isn’t ever said instead.) Another example: “You can book a hotel online.” (Here, “book” is the natural and common way, and “order” is used infrequently.) As for getting taxis, you can use either one, but book is more natural since people use “order” for more permanent products(like products you wholly own).
