All these expressions kind of mean the same thing BUT
“Come to Korea next” implies if someone is deciding what country to visit for vacation after visiting other countries then you can say “come to Korea next!”
“Come to Korea later!” implies now might not be the best time to visit Korea so you should visit another time (later)
“Come to Korea sometime!” implies I’m not sure when you can/plan to come but I would like it if you did come (at anytime you might be able to visit)
