Question about Mexico

I am sorry if this question sounds silly but please hear me out as I know nothing about Roman Catholicism in the Mexican context or just religions in general.

Are "Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe" and "María (Madre de Jesús)" the same person? If not, how are they different?
