“Você é burro?”
“Burro” bedeutet "Esel", das Tier. Wir verwenden es als abwertenden Ausdruck, um jemanden mit wenig Wissen und dummen Einstellungen zu definieren. The literal translation would be "você é estúpido?" and it's very normal, but it'd be more "natural" to say something like:
Você é idiota?
Você é burro?
And if I were supposed to say this, I would for sure say:
Você é burro ou se faz?
It's an expression that means "are you dumb or you make yourself like that?" and by "make yourself like that" we mean pretending to be something or trying to be something.
