How do you say this in Simplified Chinese (China)? Mandarin doesn't sound as cool as Cantonese but I think Mandarin feels like a more elegant or prestigious language.

虽然普通话听起来没有广东话那么酷, 但是我感觉普通话是种更优雅, 或者说, 更“高大上”的语言。
ps: 高大上is a new popular word, we use it very often, like hm… high level or something like this, if you wanna speak to people in stead of writing, this might be better to translate. Directly translating as the meaning of prestigious in Chinese, is too official. But if you want, this can be translated like 有声望的 or even like 受尊敬的
