@Mekkiye "He has been living in Tokyo since 1998!"
You need to keep thing about the past when using "has been" if you want to add " now" that badly, you could say "He has been living in Tokyo since 1998 until Now........"
OR "Melek has been in Tokyo UNTIL now."
