Perdón: typical sorry, nothing special
Perdona: Imperative form of the second person of the singular (tú) of Perdonar, more informal than Perdón because it's an order. There's no correct translation but it would be: Sorry me
Perdone: Again, imperative form of perdonar, but it's in 3th person, so you're using usted, the formal pronoun. Use it with people superior than you like your boss, someone older...
Disculpe: Exactly the same as Perdone. There's also Disculpa, which is the same as perdona
Lo siento: A simple "I'm sorry", really typical. Actually I'd say that perdón and lo siento are both the lost used and they have the same formality and meaning, also no one of them is more used than the other.

“perdona/e”, “disculpa/e” have the same meaning.
We use “perdona” : María, perdona! me olvidé de traerte el libro / informal
We use “perdone”: Perdone usted, ¿puede decirme qué hora es? / formal
We use “disculpa”: Luis, disculpa por haber llegado tarde/ informal
We use “disculpe”: Disculpe usted, ¿puede decirme qué hora es? / formal
