On second thought the word you gave might actually be تحلق (te7le2) (you cut hair / shave)

As for "ye7le2" it's a dialectal variation common in places in north lebanon and syria & perhaps other places.

@muhannad_g I just also found out that jakh also mean, the act of taking care of yourself eg. hair, clothes etc. So is it that AND he became elated, or different pronunciation?
