Question about English (US)
I’m a little confused with those words.
ALTHOUGH, EVEN THOUGH and THOUGH
Can anyone explain me the difference, how to use it in a sentence and what does it means?

They mean the same thing, however “even though” is the best one to use if you want to show the difference between what you expected and the actual result.
“Even though I didn’t think I could manage, I did really good on my test.”
As for although and though, the way I saw them: although is more used at the beggining of the sentence and though at the end. But you can use them freely however you want.
As for the corespondent in spanish, I think it would be “aunque”.
