「お咎め」とは
犯した罪や過失を責めること。また、それに対する罰。そしり。非難。
「お咎めはありません」
→（〜についての）罰はありません
つまり、→責められることはありません
責める、非難するの意味で「blame」を使った文で合っていると思います。
あと、「condemn」を使ってもいいと思います。
咎はやや形式ばったいい方です。
