While studying cognitive psychology I learned working memory as "memoria operativa" or "memoria de trabajo" (operativa sounds better to me).

I don't remember hearing about "crystalized memory", I remember "inteligencia cristalizada" (crystalized intelligence) but I don't know if that's the concept you are talking about. If you tell me what autor is from I can look up a translation of the text and tell you what is called, although since crystalized intelligence gets translated directly I would assume it would be the same and get translated as "memoria cristalizada"
