i think 私の見解では〜、”私の考えは”〜 is the most formally.
私の意見では~ is more formally expression.we dont use that much
私としては〜 私が思うに~ is lil bit rough expression.

見解 is formal nuance.
私の考えでは、私の意見では、私としては、私が思うに、 are almost the replaceable. 私が思うに may sound to me the most casual in these by a very little difference.

ですね。
