I have a sensitive skin so I'm looking for clothes that don't itch.
I have a skin condition so I'm looking for clothes that don't itch.
(I can't really think of a natural way to say "solve my skin trouble"... It's just not really something that would come up in conversation, other than maybe with a medical professional. If you were talking to your doctor, you could say "Is there something that could help with my skin?")
